Strategic Assistant (f/m/d) to VP Commercial

Be part of our global success story. DP World is looking for a talented Strategic Assistant (f/m/d) to our VP Commercial to contribute to our ongoing expansion. Your Responsibilities:

• Support the VP Commercial in all conceptual and strategic matters, including the preparation of analyses and plans
• Support the VP Commercial in day-to-day work, such as event organization, presentation preparation, commercial management, etc.
• Manage assigned projects and extraordinary tasks of the VP Commercial
• Research information, analyze, prepare and evaluate data, and prepare presentations for various audiences at the highest level of excellence
• Evaluate opportunities and risks of business transactions with a special focus on realizing long-term business goals and value enhancement
• Arrange appointments and coordinate projects, as well as prepare and follow up on meetings, events, and travel

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification, at least a Bachelor's degree
• Completed an apprenticeship as a forwarder or have several years of experience in the forwarding industry
• Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in a comparable function
• We require a sound knowledge of MS Office, in particular the MS Office programs Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• At least two years of professional experience as a consultant or in the forwarding industry
