English speaking Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d) full or part time

We're looking for a passionate customer support specialist to join our team in Berlin, Germany. At the moment we are working from the office two days per week chosen freely, the rest can be worked from home. But our office is amazing so you might want to come in more often :). 

What you’ll do

• Interact with our English-speaking customers via chat, email & telephone
  
  
• Help our international customers from all over the world, but mainly UK, IE and the US, to understand and use the software
  
  
• Be the voice of our customers when working with internal stakeholders in marketing and product development
  
  
• You'll be working 20-40hrs a week, depending on your preference and availability
  
  

Hard skill requirements (please only apply of you full fill those)

• You speak and write English on a native-Speaker level, including excellent grammar skills
  
  
• You have at least one year of hands-on experience in Customer Support

• You are located or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany

• Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, Danish, Italian, Dutch) are a plus

 

 

Soft skill requirements

• You like to help customers, both in writing and on the phone
  
  
• You are curious, solution-oriented and interested in learning new processes

• You like to think for yourself and find solutions where there are problems
  
  
• You enjoy working as part of a team, while taking on responsibilities from the get-go
