TMS Tech (Outpatient Treatment Coach)  

At Serenity Healthcare, we specialize in offering alternative treatments & services like TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Ketamine, ADHD testing and Medication Management. 

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) uses magnetic pulses to stimulate brain cells. These pulses are channeled through an electromagnetic coil, which is placed against the patient’s head. TMS has many uses, both as a therapeutic tool and a piece of scientific equipment. 

We are looking for an Outpatient Treatment Coach that has a customer-centric mindset and focused on helping patients achieve mental wellness. The Outpatient Treatment Coach will be responsible for administering TMS treatments according to protocols provided by Medical Provider, supporting and educating patients before, during, and after treatments, collaborating with other treatment professionals, and providing a safe and supportive treatment atmosphere. 

Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people 

Responsibilities: 

• Delivering daily TMS Therapy as indicated by Medical Provider 

• Monitor and support patients during treatment – with a focus on setting goals, journaling exercises, and addressing any concerns they may have 

• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions 

• Collaborate with clinical team to optimize patient outcomes  

• Ensure a clean and organized treatment environment 

Experience: 

• No healthcare experience required  

• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role 

• High School Diploma/ GED required 

• A genuine drive to make a difference
