For our division Global IT at the headquarter in Wiesbaden (Germany) we are looking for you as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Disciplinary management of the Digital Workplace Team in Wiesbaden
• Group-wide definition of software standards for the workplace of the future (“Future Digital Workplace”)
• IT business partner and main contact for the worldwide digital workplace requirements
• Central service responsibility for all IT digital workplace solutions (M365, identity & access management)
• Responsibility for software distribution (Matrix42, Microsoft)
• Establishment of a global community for IT standards in digital workplace & collaboration
• Evaluation of technology trends and derivation of potential for action and innovation

What we expect:

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leading IT teams (digital workplace preferred)
• Ability to steer internal/external consulting and external service providers
• Deep knowledge about M365 (esp. Office365, Teams, SharePoint-Online, VivaEngage, OneDrive)
• Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
• Willingness to drive end user trainings and promotion for new solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stake holders
• Professional in English and German
