For our division Global IT at the headquarter in Wiesbaden (Germany) we are looking for you as soon as possible.
What you can expect:
- Disciplinary management of the Digital Workplace Team in Wiesbaden
- Group-wide definition of software standards for the workplace of the future (“Future Digital Workplace”)
- IT business partner and main contact for the worldwide digital workplace requirements
- Central service responsibility for all IT digital workplace solutions (M365, identity & access management)
- Responsibility for software distribution (Matrix42, Microsoft)
- Establishment of a global community for IT standards in digital workplace & collaboration
- Evaluation of technology trends and derivation of potential for action and innovation
What we expect:
- Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leading IT teams (digital workplace preferred)
- Ability to steer internal/external consulting and external service providers
- Deep knowledge about M365 (esp. Office365, Teams, SharePoint-Online, VivaEngage, OneDrive)
- Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
- Willingness to drive end user trainings and promotion for new solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stake holders
- Professional in English and German
