Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants is seeking a skilled and passionate Interventional Cardiologist - Structural Heart Disease to join our esteemed team in Springfield, Illinois. As a nationally recognized leader in Cardiovascular care, we offer an opportunity for a dedicated physician to provide cutting-edge care to patients with complex structural heart conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of highly regarded cardiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons.

Position Details
• Outreach clinic opportunities
• CRM: Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott.
• High Volume structural heart practice with consistent procedural demand and a well-established patient base.
• Comprehensive device experience with leading technologies, including Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott.
• EPIC EMR
• Collaborative cardiovascular team environment, working alongside 5 electrophysiologists, 6 general cardiologists, 5 interventional cardiologists, and 2 structural interventional cardiologists.
• Executive Medical Director: Dr. Ziad Issa.

• Participate in shared call coverage within a collegial group, designed to support work-life balance in a community-based setting.
Requirements:
• Unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA (prior to start), BE/BC in Cardiovascular Disease
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in structural heart interventions
• Visa status: H1B supported; J1 ineligible

• 2 year salary guarantee followed by productivity-based compensation model and ability to out earn

Pay Range: $740,000 - $755,00.00

Education Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate is required.
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
