About the role

Responsibilities / Tasks

                   

  

  • Supervises Start-up of Company’s product line.
  • Performs maintenance procedures and warranty work on Company’s product line. Troubleshoots and repairs electrical and mechanical problems on refrigeration systems.
  • Performs compressor repairs.
  • Assists other departments in the development of new products and the improvement of existing products from a service perspective. High level of competency with controls related issues including PLC & Microlink.
  • Initiates recommendations for improved tools, procedures, and devices for service operations.
  • Submits all time sheets, expense reports (within 30 days), service tickets, start-up reports, inspection reports, and other required paperwork in a timely manner.  Provides technical training to users/customers.
  • Possesses ability to work on spiral freezers including maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • This position has direct influence on performance outcomes.  The eligible candidate not only influences the functional area but impacts the operative results beyond their own functional area.  As a result, this position contributes significantly to the overall performance of the HRT division. 
  • Use of soft skills to directly influence financial performance and growth via up-selling and cross-selling.
  • This position seeks manners to optimize currently used processes as a means to increase operational efficiency. 
  • Procedural changes shall be implemented following thorough analysis of impact. 

Your Profile / Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  High school or Trade school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Certification: 

RETA CIRO Certified

Minimum Experience: 

Four years’ experience with industrial refrigeration equipment.

Minimum Skills: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to problem solve and resolve issues, detail oriented

Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Non-Exempt

100% Travel Required (within U.S.A)
