SALARY:  $95,200-$113,050, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  


The world's leading beverage company is home to the largest and most well-known and loved beer brands. The Budweiser DraftLine team is looking for a Designer, DraftLine to join the team and support the visual identity for the Budweiser portfolio, working in collaboration with the Budweiser Creative Director and other design leaders across brand, product, packaging, equipment, marketing, and advertising.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Generate creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members.
  • Lifestyle, Design, & Culture: Responsible for staying ahead of current trends in design, music, lifestyle brands, fashion, social media, and all relevant digital platforms. Followed by the need to translate into design solutions consumer connections to elevate our brands, make them hyper-relevant and drives deep consumer love.
  • Brand design development: Partner across disciplines within AB and external suppliers to ensure design assets are developed and delivered with quality, value, and on-time. Inform and align stakeholders throughout the creative process, regularly reviewing the status of projects with appropriate leadership to verify that project expectations are met.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Design required.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on brand and packaging/graphic design experience.
  • Should have full-time agency side and or client-side experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally within a large organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as ability to stay up to date with social trends
  • Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results.
