Job Description

We are looking for a Junior ERP Support Specialist to be part of our ERP team. On a daily basis you will be involved in supporting users and solving their issues. You might be asked to preform small changes in applications. If words like: SQL, JIRA or CIT ring a bell, don't hesitate and apply for this position!

Daily responsibilities:

• Responding and solving users' issues concerning ERP system and surrounding applications.
• Preforming small changes in applications.
• Preparing documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or VBA.
• Good communications skills.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Good English both written and spoken.
