How will you make an impact in this role?
The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Cobrand Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services is focused on driving growth and engagement amongst our largest cobrand partners.
The CPMT Reporting and Insights Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing cobrand performance and deriving insights from results to help co-create strategy. This role will provide unique exposure to a critical revenue driver of the American Express business and is ideal for a strategic problem solver who is a self-starter and can ramp up to quickly to become a subject-matter expert across a variety of topics. The nature of the work is highly cross-functional, and you will have the opportunity to partner closely with teams across marketing, analytics, finance, product, brand, legal, compliance, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create transparency and standardization of the end-to-end conversion funnel reporting across Partner channels
- Oversee cobrand performance, connecting demand indicators through conversion performance, aggregating commentary and headlines for the team and senior leadership
- Project manage the co-creation of strategic leadership presentations
- Lead a team of two high-performing Senior Analysts, each of whom support portfolio insights across Delta and Hospitality / FSI
- Partner across Marketing Strategy, Investment Services, Analytics, and Product Management teams on internal and external scorecard performance and monthly R&Os
- Partner with Marketing Strategy, GCS Marketing, Analytics and Product Management teams to develop reporting insights for product moments and offer strategy initiatives
- Develop and maintain Cobrand Offer Strategy Hub, including best practices, results repository, historical offers, offer calendar, and external offer landscape
