EquipmentShare is searching for a Health & Wellness Coordinator for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow. The Corporate Wellness Coordinator will be a key member of our Health and Wellness Team, responsible for supporting our health coaching program, managing employee engagement and client relations, and developing and improving procedures, processes, and systems for
our Fitness Center Services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of health coaching programs.
• Coordinate with health coaches to schedule sessions, track progress, and ensure program goals are met.
• Provide administrative support for health coaching initiatives, including managing participant records and data.
• Promote Health and Wellness service programs to employees through various communication channels.
• Manage the enrollment process for employees interested in Health and Wellness services, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and impactful experience.
• Track and report on participation rates, engagement levels, and outcomes of Health and Wellness service programs.● Design, implement, and manage an inventory management system for the Fitness Center.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring equipment and supplies are adequately stocked.
• Assist in planning and executing wellness events and challenges.
• Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Team to develop and distribute wellness communications and materials.
• Collect and analyze data related to wellness program participation and outcomes to inform future initiatives.
