Market America, a product brokerage and Internet marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Social Media Marketing Lead for our Ecommerce Marketing team.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Leader to take charge of our META, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and related areas, drive sales growth, and expand our customer base through strategic social media, influencer marketing and digital marketing.

Position Summary

The E-Commerce Social Media Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing projects, from initiation to completion. The role includes creating and managing marketing calendars, managing local and global campaigns, executing special projects, coordinating with teams internally and externally, and continuously monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new customers and drive sales growth using META, TikTok, and YouTube ads, retargeting and influencer partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers to promote our products and enhance brand awareness.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and conversion rates on all marketplace platforms.
• Analyze sales data and marketplace performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and growing sales Instagram, META Facebook, TikTok, Youtube other marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, and influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in using META, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms for business purposes.
• Experience with paid advertising including retargeting campaigns and other performance marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
