The Role:

As a Sr Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our products, leading complex design initiatives, and driving process improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to define user-centered solutions, contribute to product strategy, and help refine the way we work as a design organization.

This role requires UX research, strategic thinking, and UI design expertise, along with the ability to influence product direction and mentor other designers. You should have a deep understanding of the product areas you own and be comfortable driving collaboration across disciplines.

We use Figma as our primary design tool and leverage an internal design system to ensure consistency and efficiency. You will also contribute to its evolution to support business and user needs.

This role is best suited for someone experienced in designing for Enterprise SaaS applications, including:

• Access controls and permission management.
• Data visualization for complex datasets and dashboards.
• Designing for Admin and power-user personas, understanding their workflows and needs.
• Design system contribution and evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex projects with minimal to no supervision, driving design execution from strategy to final implementation.
• Define and improve design processes within the team, identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide feedback to peers, helping to elevate design quality across the organization.
• Collaborate with peers to align UX with business goals and ensure a strong user-centered approach in product development.
• Contribute to product and roadmap discussions, ensuring design is an integral part of decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, influencing product and engineering teams to adopt best design practices.
• Conduct and synthesize UX research to inform strategy and execution, advocating for evidence-based design decisions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product and its users, becoming a go-to expert in your area.
• Shape and contribute to our internal design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across products.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of designing SaaS product experiences.
• Expertise in user research, UX strategy, UI design, and design systems.
• Strong ability to define and lead large-scale design initiatives with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with enterprise-level design systems.
• Experience designing for Enterprise SaaS applications, including role-based access controls, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside leadership, engineers, and product managers.
• Ability to thrive in a culture of learning and growth.
• Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, high-responsibility environment, making independent design decisions that impact business outcomes.
• Experience working remotely and effectively collaborating in a distributed team.

Bonus Points: 

• Front-end capabilities with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a working knowledge of how designs are implemented in code.
• Experience working directly with engineers to bridge the gap between design and development.
• Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
