About the role

<p>To accelerate SCOR’s transformation journey, the Process Reengineering CoE was established within the COO T&amp;S with the ambition to drive efficiency and accelerate innovation through digitalization and automation (Forward 2026), while strengthening the controls’ framework, hence reducing operational risks </p> <p>To achieve our ambition, we need streamlined, standardized, digitalized processes, providing a clear end-2-end view, and automated controls. Concentrating additional efforts into process re-engineering will support us in maximizing progress acceleration, leveraging and exploiting economies of scale across the group</p> <p>Our value proposition is to set-up an internal consulting capacity within the Process Reengineering CoE to ensure a common framework with an end-2-end process scope and strong focus on controls and automation. This ambition and value proposition was endorsed by Comex on the 23/01/2024 and this position will support the reinforsement of the Process Reengineering CoE</p> <p>The key duties and responsibilities of the Process Reengineering Senior Consultant include (and are not limited) to:<br/>•   Interact with all levels of management and collaborate with various departments to understand their unique process needs and challenges<br/>•   Conduct comprehensive assessments on existing processes and KPIs, document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes <br/>•   Provide expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement <br/>•   Provide guidance and advice to senior leaders on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes <br/>•   Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support Operations processes <br/>•   Support the further development, and evolvement of the process management framework and feedback loops with the business/process owners for continuous improvements mindset and effective collaboration <br/>•   Support the implementation of operational KPIs and reporting/monitoring mechanisms to deliver visibility, change management, and interact effectively (using data) with staff and senior leadership <br/>•   Monitor process reengineering timelines, coordinate with stakeholders &amp; other internal “partners” (i.e. T&amp;S BPs, Tech&amp;Data, Automation Factory, ICS …) to ensure value add delivery within the agreed timelines<br/>•   Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cultivate a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement</p> <p><strong>Required experience &amp; competencies</strong></p> <p>8-10 years’ progressive experience in Business analysis/ business improvement/ performance measurement / project implementation </p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated track record of reengineering business processes and driving adoption across an organization/department </li> <li>Clear understanding of business process streamlining methodologies </li> <li>Accredited in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology- preferable </li> <li>Has managed functional processes </li> <li>Experience of implementing continuous improvement processes </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Education </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree </li> <li>Must have experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and/or Kanban) </li> </ul> <p></p> SCOR, the 4th largest reinsurer in the world, provides insurance companies with a diversified and innovative range of solutions and services to control and manage risk.
