Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be a part of our Always On Marketing team. This team is focused on transforming the way that PayPal markets to our customer base. Our work includes leveraging AI tools for personalization, ideating and testing new marketing approaches, and developing best practices to share out to the broader marketing organization.

This job engages with team members to contribute to marketing solutions and efficiencies. They assist in executing data-driven strategies, analyze performance data for decision-making, and follow established processes to ensure consistency in marketing efforts while providing input for improvements.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance data to support decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Support and may lead projects of limited scope impacting performance marketing functions or sub-functions
  • Assist in the execution of data-driven marketing strategies to achieve measurable results.'
  • Receive regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on performance marketing objectives and tasks
  • Engage and collaborate with team members to contribute to marketing solutions and efficiencies.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
