Associate Director* QA Systems Harmonization
Associate Director* QA Systems Harmonization
As Associate Director* QA Systems Harmonization, you are responsible to develop and maintain an efficient global Quality System. In close collaboration with the BNT network sites, you will develop, implement and improve standardization and harmonization.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Develop a systematic approach for harmonization of GxP Quality-related processes
- Identify Process Owner and set-up working groups per defined standard process to drive harmonization
- Create panels and peer-networks to continously improve on harmonization across the BNT network
- Author, review and approve global standards
What you have to offer:
- Experience in implementation, migration and operation of (electronic) Quality Management Systems
- Profound knowledge of EU GMP and FDA regulations
- Multiple years of work experience in manufacturing, quality control or quality assurance or other relevant area, ideally in a biotech or pharmaceutical company
- University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering or other technical/scientific area
- Good combination of strategic and operational skills; ability to make flexible, but thorough decisions in a highly dynamic environment
- High carefulness and accuracy in the way of working, conscientiousness and detail-orientation
- Refined colloquial and correspondence and moderator skills in English
