Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, order status, complaints, and other related issues.

• Respond to customer emails and chat inquiries, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

• Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem, determining the cause, and providing appropriate solutions.

• Maintain customer records and document all interactions and resolutions in the system.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

• Meet individual and team performance goals, including call handling times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and customer service procedures.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.

• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required.
