As a Product Associate in Voice Product, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job responsibilities
- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product direction
Work in Production Support
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Basic experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
- High attention to detail and organization abilities
Self-motivated with innovative spirit and a continuous development mindset
- Proficiency with Agile project delivery tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, process improvement and design thinking
- Familiarity with voice AI, IVR and contact center solutions
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
