The Specialty Market Executive Level 1 plays a key role in driving patient referrals by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals who prescribe the biologic treatments administered by Pure. This entry-level sales role focuses on developing foundational sales skills, understanding the industry, and building relationships within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Exemplify and promote Pure Healthcare's core values: People Obsessed, Passionate, Builder, and Grateful.
Conduct a minimum of eight in-person provider visits daily within the assigned territory, working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Develop an initial territory plan to research, identify, and engage core specialty providers on the benefits and value proposition of referring their patients to Pure Infusion Suites.
Quickly gain the necessary knowledge about the biologic treatment industry, the medications offered by Pure, and state-based payer requirements, to confidently communicate with referring offices and provide valuable education.
Log activity in the CRM (Salesforce) and maintain an organized contact schedule.
Collaborate with clinic staff and operational teams to support new patient onboarding and ensure a smooth and efficient new patient intake process. Responsibilities may include gathering missing referral documentation from provider offices, following up on assigned tasks, and maintaining communication with VIP contacts in practices.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to gain industry knowledge.

Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience.
0 to 2 years of experience.
Must have valid state driver’s license.
Intermediate knowledge of computers (MS Office) Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus.
Excellent internet navigation skills.
Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements
