Commercial Ins Placement Manager

Provides support to Commercial Insurance Department as a resource for negotiating carrier coverages and terms, preparation of proposals, and finalizing the placement/binding process. Assess clients’ contractual liabilities and alignment with their insurance policies and makes recommendations for improvement. Recognizes trends and creates client-facing summaries modeling policy options. Serves as a source of knowledge and technical expert for market trends, pricing practices, contacts, and other underwriting policies. Responsible for maintaining a high degree of accuracy in agency management systems and technology platforms. Qualifications High school Diploma. Minimum 4 years experience in commercial insurance. Current Property & Casualty insurance license. Comprehensive understanding of all Property & Casualty insurance coverages, placement, underwriting and rating concepts.
