Cook - (Salad /Cold Prep: Garde Manger) (Full Time)

$19.00 - $21.50 per hour based on experience.

We have a current opening for full time, talented, hospitality-oriented Garde Manger and would love to talk to you. Must be able to work some Weekends and Holidays.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the culinary operations in the salad/cold section of the kitchen
• Salad preparation
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations 
• Effectively communicate with other chefs and service staff in order to fulfill any requests or needs from residents

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent, 
• Experience as a cook in a hotel, resort, private club, restaurant or similar institution preferred.
• Servsafe certified preferred. 
• The position will require a drug screen and background Investigation.
