Join us and be part of building champion-level success!</strong></p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Be Driving:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures;</li> <li>Writing, testing, and debugging complex code for new and existing software applications;</li> <li>Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members;</li> <li>Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices;</li> <li>Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software development and system design;</li> <li>Leading and managing software development projects (shared responsibility with the Delivery Manager) to ensure timely delivery and quality;</li> <li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to align development efforts with business goals;</li> <li>Researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance software performance and streamline development processes;</li> <li>Identifying and resolving complex software issues and technical challenges;</li> <li>Developing and enforcing testing protocols to ensure software reliability and performance;</li> <li>Driving continuous improvement in software development practices and processes;</li> <li>Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including presenting technical concepts and project updates;</li> <li>Delivering code to production in a timely manner according to business expectations.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What Makes You a GR8 Fit:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in automation testing;</li> <li>Expertise in React and TypeScript — strong understanding of component architecture, hooks, and type safety;</li> <li>Experience building scalable front-end solutions (multi-brand or modular architecture, shared component libraries);</li> <li>Proficiency in front-end performance optimization — bundle analysis, caching, code-splitting, and rendering efficiency;</li> <li>Practical experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library);</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills — ability to work closely with QA, backend, and product teams in Agile environments;</li> <li>Ability to take ownership of complex features or domains and deliver end-to-end solutions;</li> <li>Fluent in Ukrainian;</li> <li>Intermediate level of English.</li> </ul>  <h2><strong>Why You’ll Love Working Here:</strong></h2> <p><strong>Benefits Cafeteria</strong></p> <p>An annual fixed budget that you can use based on your needs and lifestyle.
