You'll interact with everyone from CTOs to user groups, highlighting how Red Hat can solve their problems and transform their business.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity and make an impact on the Government, apply now to join our team!</p> <h2>What you will do</h2> <p>This role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor Ansible demonstrations to address specific needs.</li> <li>Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Ansible's features, benefits, and value proposition to government customers.</li> <li>Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ansible's capabilities, integrations, and best practices.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and support during the pre-sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.</li> <li>Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business drivers, IT environments, and strategies.</li> <li>Proactively champion technical campaigns such as meet-ups to help drive pipeline and brand awareness activities within the Federal Government customer base.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>What you will bring</h2> <ul> <li>Experience with automation solutions including Ansible, Terraform, Salt or Puppet</li> <li>Solid understanding of how ICT automation exists in a wider ecosystem of technologies</li> <li>An understanding of scripting languages across either Windows or Linux</li> <li>A technical background, with an understanding of infrastructure operations, agile development, CI/CD, DevSecOps and associated capabilities.</li> <li>Basic networking skills is a bonus</li> </ul> <p>#LI-EG1 </p>
