About the role

Job Title: Temporary Project Coordinator 

Education, Skills and Knowledge 

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience 

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and Word are required, as well as experience saving and updating pdf files. 

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) are required along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills 

  • Must be able to take feedback, revise, and resubmit work if necessary 

  • Must exhibit strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to meet project needs 

  • Deep experience with the OSCAR scoring system strongly preferred 

Overall Functions and Responsibilities 

This position has two major responsibilities: 

  1. On a daily basis, review the Alert Report in OSCAR for any projects that have incoming responses. Following training guidelines, review and confirm/reject all alert responses, preferably within 24 hours of being flagged. 

  2. Work with Content teams, performing administrative and quality assurance tasks, assisting where needed to ensure successful project completion.  

Organizational Relationships 

  • Reports to: Team Manager, Scoring Content and Quality 

Working Conditions 

Core work hours: 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday, though if weekend work is regularly required these hours are flexible. During Temporary Peak season, you must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.
