💪 Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, following individualized care plans prescribed by physicians.
Provide direct therapy treatments to clients and implement effective care plans.
Educate clients and their families on assistive devices to enhance daily living.
Stay updated on and adhere to agency policies, ethical standards, and regulations.
Essential Qualities:
Licensure as an occupational therapist assistant in the state of practice.
Graduate of an AOTA-approved program or equivalent.
Minimum 1 Year of experience under a qualified occupational therapist (home care experience preferred).
Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
