What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be an initial point of contact for distributors, direct customers, and their representatives. The CSR resolves inquiries such as: tracking shipments, expediting deliveries, preparing sales agreements, checking product availability, and answering basic product questions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing high quality support through relationships with customers and partners
• Supporting customers by responding to phone calls, emails, and chat requests
• Receiving, processing, and entering orders from customers and partners
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide top tier customer care

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of direct customer service experience
• Experience using basic office equipment (multi-line phones, computers, web based systems)
• Clear and effective communication style
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

• Experience working with end users, manufacturers, distributors, and sales managers
• Post-secondary education
• Call center experience
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
• Familiarity with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process
