<p>We are looking for a <b>Senior Adoption &amp; Change Specialist to</b> join our Workforce 360 stream in Barcelona</p> <p> </p> <p><u><b>Please, submit your CV in English! </b></u></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Position Snapshot:</b></p> <ul> <li>Function and Stream: IT – Workforce 360</li> <li>Type of Contract: Permanent</li> <li>Type of Work: Hybrid</li> <li>Work Language: Fluent Business English</li> <li>Work Location: Barcelona IT Hub</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>The Role:</b><br/> Are you ready to drive the people-side of IT change at Nestlé, the world’s largest health, nutrition, and wellness company?</p> <p> </p> <p>As a Sr. Adoption &amp; Change Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of cutting-edge technologies like AI and other business-critical solutions.</p> <p>By focusing on employee engagement, change management strategies, and communication excellence, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and people—helping Nestlé employees thrive in a digitally enabled workplace. </p> <p>Imagine being at the forefront of transformational initiatives that empower individuals and teams to embrace new ways of working.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by creating change strategies that drive adoption while minimizing disruption. </p> <p><br/> <b>What You’ll Do:</b><br/> As a Senior Adoption &amp; Change Specialist, these will be your responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li><b>Change Management Strategy</b>: Create, develop and implement tailored change management strategies for IT initiatives, including AI implementation programs and modern workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Viva Engage) </li> <li><b>Stakeholder Engagement:</b> Facilitate stakeholder mapping workshops to identify impacted groups and align on adoption goals </li> <li><b>Communication Excellence:</b> Design and execute communication plans for enterprise rollouts, leveraging engaging formats like infographics, videos, social media posts, and emails. </li> <li><b>Adoption Enablement: </b>Create frameworks and tools to enable employees to adopt new technologies effectively and maximize their potential. </li> <li><b>Impact Assessment: </b>Work with IT product teams to assess end-user impacts, define adoption targets, and measure success against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). </li> <li><b>Collaboration Across Teams:</b> Partner with regional managers and market teams to cascade deliverables and gather feedback for continuous improvement. </li> <li><b>External Partners</b>: Manage external partners to develop change management strategies, develop engaging content, and guide them to liaise with our internal stakeholders. </li> <li><b>Content Creation: </b>Develop engaging content that supports adoption efforts while aligning with Nestlé’s brand voice. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>We Offer You:</b><br/> We offer more than just a job. Grow professionally in a dynamic and impactful environment, collaborating with business partners worldwide to deliver integrated technology solutions!</p> <p> </p> <p><b>What Will Make You a Great Fit:</b></p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field </li> <li>5+ years of experience leading change management initiatives, particularly in technology implementation projects </li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels  </li> <li>Capable to manage multiple end to end projects at the same time </li> <li>Proven experience in data analysis to derive insights for actionable improvements (PowerBI user level) </li> <li>Creative skills that enable you to devise innovative solutions and engaging content (infographics, videos, social media postings, email templates etc.) </li> <li>Excellent English communication skills with a focus on storytelling and presenting complex ideas clearly </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Bonus Points If You Have: </b></p> <ul> <li>Familia
