The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is a part of the Office of the CEOs Board area, and the Group Chief Compliance Officer (GCCO) reports to Christian Klein, CEO of SAP, and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. The Head of Investigations will report directly to the Group Chief Compliance Officer.

It is expected that the Head of Investigations will be a part of the OEC Leadership Team and work very closely and collaboratively with the other members of the Leadership Team and their teams, as well as other teams and stakeholders within SAP.
