We are seeking a Specialist in Industrial Management – Commercial Programs to be at the center of innovation and operational excellence. In this critical role, you will connect Commercial Program Management for PurePower with our advanced manufacturing operations. Collaborating closely with a diverse team—including Engineering, Quality, Operations, Production Planning, Procurement, and Program Management—you will ensure the successful delivery of products within the Commercial Value Stream.

What You Will Do

• Partner with the Lead for commercial products.

• Support the day-to-day oversight and delivery of products in the Commercial Value Stream.

• Contribute to plans and progress reports for multiple stakeholders including Monthly L3 Cadence Review and Weekly senior executives for Recovery Reviews.

• Contribute to production plans, project plans, schedules and support business plans to meet changing customer requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve on time delivery (OTD) to our customers, improve product quality, reduce inventory and improve supplier delivery performance

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Demonstrated experience leveraging strong cross-functional leadership and attention to detail to drive business results.

• Experience managing complex projects and preparing and presenting executive leadership presentations to support decision making.

• Operations experience associated with production plans, OTD, quality and inventory.

• Proficient in Excel for data generation, manipulation, and analysis.

• Experience in using PowerPoint to present data insights and finding in a visually engaging manner.

• Ability to transform complex data sets into clear and concise visual presentation.

• Supplier interfacing experience.
