About the role
Description
We are looking for a versatile and encouraging candidate to join our Team as Site Manager. You will get to work with outstanding leadership and field teams and be part of the Company’s success! Our Site Manager focuses on implementing strategy for improved operations and maintenance, coordinates all storage and logistics services, and manages personnel development.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Our Site Manager assumes accountability for the operations and maintenance departments and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure and maintain a safe work environment covering all work functions carried out by staff.
- Review Safe Work Instructions and Manuals and establish new work procedures
- Procure talent and resources to meet work demands.
- Monitor and control expenses to remain within monthly budget.
- Validate department purchases are coded correctly and submitted by end of the month.
- Host customer visits to evaluate work and make improvement plans as applicable.
- Correctly allocate assets for projects.
- Review and respond to supplier communication.
- Develop succession plans and follow the employee health strategy
- Complete Paycom functions for personnel to include employee coaching and separation, performance reviews, timecard and expense management, and transfers.
- Arrange employee travel plans for supporting work demands throughout Company locations.
- Lead operational review meetings weekly to evaluate work site-wide and determine plan of actions for missed opportunities.
- Complete incident and injury reports.
- Ensure repair and maintenance of equipment is executed.
- Performs other job-related duties.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or high School Diploma with 4 years related experience.
- At least one year of experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to enter and exit tight areas for purpose of performing audits.
- Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Must be able to work beyond normal operating hours as determined by business demands.
- Must be able to travel throughout facility.
