Professional Services Operations Manager (all genders)

The Role

To strengthen our diverse departments, we are looking for ambitious colleagues who are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the smooth running of cross-departmental projects and processes. What you'll do

• Working with project managers from different departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Implement and monitor operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices and streamlining operations.
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and methodologies to create a culture of learning.
• Focus on the global optimization of processes and training, including the creation of learning videos, to effectively communicate our content to our customers and partners.
• Work with various departments to ensure that customer satisfaction efforts are consistent.
• Monitor your team's productivity and address issues as they arise to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service experiences.

What you bring to the table

• You have a university degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, operations management) or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management methods and tools.
• Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation. Experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ideally you will have knowledge of video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• You enjoy working in a team and can inspire internal and external stakeholders with your entrepreneurial mindset, but also with a practical hands-on mentality.
