Complete all required safety training and ensures all work is conducted in
accordance with safety policies. Improve safety behaviors and processes for
work environment through analyzing and sharing safety data. Continuously
improve scheduling and automation systems (applications, business rules,
heuristics/algorithms, integration) to enable the fab to achieve Line of Sight goals.
Work with stakeholders to understand and close performance gaps in the
Autostaging metrics. Ensure proper allocation of resources through global
prioritization of enhancement requests and problem record investigations (BAT).
Perform first-level system support along with additional on call duties as
described in the OI on call training document. Improve system documentation.
Follow processes defined in all ISO-TS documentation. Support and provide
technical expertise for line management decision making (including linearity,
cycle time, line yield, wafer starts and output optimization). Support and provide
technical expertise for area management decision making (including queue time
management, equipment and recipe releases, and general workstation
optimization). Gather project requirements and define scope. Provide timely
progress updates and identifying potential roadblocks. Ensure projects are
properly prioritized and that deliverables and timelines are in line with constraint
dates and business needs.
Position requires up to 25% both domestic and international travel.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer
Science, Information Systems Technology or related field.
