Manager, Hospital Services, Cottage Medical Group

Cottage Medical Group seeks a Manager, Hospital Services responsible for the operational management, oversight, and coordination of the hospitalist groups and hospital-based specialty programs under Cottage Medical Group (CMG). The Manager, Hospital Services focuses on ensuring high quality care delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals and standards. Requires effective leadership, program development, resource management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support the hospitalist and specialty programs.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. 

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Preferred: Master’s Degree (MHA, MBA, MSN or equivalent).

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• Current California Registered Nurse license.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare technology platforms (e.g., EMR systems).

Years of Related Work Experience:

• Minimum: Two (2) years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or a related leadership role beyond clinical nursing experience.
• Preferred: Experience managing hospitalist programs or hospital-based specialty programs.
