About the role

Control Risks VANTAGE is seeking an experienced and innovative leader to spearhead our new Investment Migration Resilience division. As Head of Investment Migration Resilience, you will work closely with the VANTAGE Partner to shape and execute strategies that support citizenship and residency investment migration programs for nation-states. You will have ownership of all related initiatives, products, and solutions, collaborating with our global teams in enhanced diligence, AI and data analytics, compliance, geopolitical analysis, and more.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creation of industry-leading enhanced due diligence services.
  • Offer strategic insights to national banks, state departments, and government bodies.
  • Represent the division at prestigious global conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven senior management experience in risk and compliance, particularly within the investment migration sector
  • Strong understanding of global compliance regulations impacting national security considerations in Caribbean and European nations offering citizenship or residency-by-investment programs
  • Deep knowledge of geopolitics, history, and political structures of relevant nations involved in investment migration
  • Strong market knowledge and demonstrated ability to cultivate commercial relationships and partnerships
  • Highly credible with strong presentation skills
  • Strong English-language verbal and written communication skills
