In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, and financial success across multiple clinic locations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 -8 years of professional work experience in Healthcare
- 4 years of physician practice management experience Leading teams in multiple locations
- Orthopedic experience a plus
- Knowledge of surgical clinic workflow
- Ability to engage and collaborate with all levels from C-Suite to staff
- Ability to work in stressful environment
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to translate a strategic plan into operational policy
- Demonstrated track record of management of personnel and fiscal resources with never compromising patient satisfaction
- Leadership ability to guide, direct, and mentor a multi-layered staff
- Knowledge, understanding and experience in using various marketing tactics, including market research, advertising, community relations, direct mail, collateral, digital media, event planning, etc
- Knowledge, understanding and experience with strategy development and operations, incl. financial management, target setting, resource optimization and prioritization
- Working knowledge of all modes of communication including print, digital, photography, video, social media channels, verbal presentations, activities, and grassroots efforts
- Must be creative, versatile, self-motivated, takes initiative, driven, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Travel including overnight required – 10%
