Enterprise Sr. Account Manager - Insurance Solutions

Job Summary
Supports current large insurance and other related clients to continued levels of success with OEC’s insurance ecosystem solutions. Uncovers areas to expand solutions and revenue with existing clients as well as net new logos.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborates with Vice President to identify, qualify and pursue revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts.
2. Collaborates with the Insurance Solutions management team to ensure OEC is meeting and exceeding all expectations with existing clients.
3. Serves as the key point of contact with assigned OEC partners within the insurance claims space.
4. Monitors account metrics (transactions, revenue, key performance indicators) to ensure customer satisfaction across all insurance related solutions.
5. Collaborates with the Insurance Solutions team to ensure all opportunities are covered, implementations go smoothly, and follow-up is addressed in a timely manner.
6. Attends industry events and conferences for the purposes of networking, building relationships and being informed on industry and market news and information.
7. Collaborates with Product Management to communicate client needs and ensure development priorities meet those needs.
8. Becomes a trusted advisor and thought leader to assigned clients.
9. Assists on Insurance strategy, account plans, account reviews, presentations, proposals and integrations.
Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Sales, Business Administration, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.
Experience
At least 5 years of enterprise level sales and account management experience within the insurance industry is required.
Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
• MEDDICC enterprise sales methodology
• Insurance claims domain expertise, particularly where AI integration/automation is concerned
• Knowledge of the collision repair process - an understanding of independent shops and MSOs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to a specific client or call to action.
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of how AI can be leveraged to work more effectively
• Able to cultivate strong relationships at all levels of the client (from users to key managers and executives.
• Can represent OEC to C-Level and high-ranking executives if the situation is called for during client visits, conferences, and other industry events.
• Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
Travel
50% - To visit customers/prospects and to attend industry events.
