You will be joining a team of over 20,000 inspirational colleagues eager to have a positive impact with one mission: to serve every patient every time.<br/>Due to increase volume activity, we have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our existing Talent Acquisition team here in Amgen Dun Laoghaire, initially on a fixed term contract basis.<br/>LIVE What you will do The Talent Acquisition (TA) Senior Associate plays an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality TA services. The combination of recruitment data analysis, outstanding sourcing &amp; selecting techniques, partnership with clients in HR &amp; Line Management, successfully using tools &amp; knowledge to build TA capabilities, serve to drive organizational performance in acquiring the best talent.<br/>Overview of role:<br/>This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will have responsibility for performing full life-cycle recruitment activities across various functions, including sourcing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation and the on-boarding process. Your responsibilities will include:<br/>•<br/>Partner with Hiring Managers and the business to fully understand the business needs and deliver a best in class recruitment service, while meeting tight deadlines in line with recruitment plans and campaigns<br/>•<br/>Building comprehensive talent sourcing strategies and robust hiring plans<br/>•<br/>Act as trusted partner to managers and leaders, by providing market insights and knowledge of the talent landscape<br/>• Responsible for posting of jobs / positions in line with hiring plan and preparation of job offers.<br/>• Responsible for compiling and maintaining candidate information, job listings and role requirements.<br/>• Maintain a local database and contact management of prospective candidates to enable the improvement of the talent pipeline for key roles<br/>• Coordinate events associated with attracting talent and talent assessment in support of the Talent Acquisition Manager.<br/>• Responsible for contributing to the completion of specific projects around the Talent Acquisition activity.<br/>• Responsible for recognizing and calling out challenges or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.<br/>• Support data interpretation and analytical insights from key HR parameters to drive insights to optimize the Talent Acquisition process.<br/>Win What we expect of you Our ideal candidate is a team player with customer focus and a problem solving and result-oriented mind set.
