Leadership Programme Delivery Manager - Hybrid

About the Role
You will be an essential player in delivering our new global leadership development architecture and programmes at Swiss Re. As part of the wider TCI (Talent, Culture & Inclusion) team, you will be part of a team that designs and delivers high-quality, global TCI solutions for the entire firm based on our business strategy, the best practices in the market and the latest HR trends.
Key Responsibilities
- You will support the design and development, and lead the implementation of a series of global leadership development programmes
- Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience for leaders end-to-end, from communication and registration, until attendance and closure, including on-the-ground delivery support
- Your work will require project, change and delivery management for a complex and large programme, with a need for cross-functional collaboration across different teams, locations and vendors
- In turn, you will lead annual and quarterly planning for programme delivery across multiple vendors and technology platforms, and monitor progress to ensure excellence in delivery
- You will coordinate with a team consisting of a global Programme Manager, onsite and offsite Learning Delivery Advisors, Learning Tech Manager and Change Manager
- Your responsibilities also include managing vendor performance, monitoring compliance with contract, and identifying areas for improvement and increasing efficiencies
- You shall serve as the escalation point for participants, vendors and team, and accountable to ensure seamless training delivery
- You will oversee contract renewals and budget, and manage budget-related reporting
- You might need to support Group Head TCI and Head TCI Solutions on other strategic projects and initiatives as required

About You
An experienced project, programme or delivery manager who has delivered multi-year, strategic global learning and leadership programmes. Delivering innovative people solutions stimulates you, and you are great with prioritisation and quick in delivering results. In addition, you're a confident communicator who can engage with senior and executive leadership.
Essentials
- Minimum 8 years 10 years of experience in a global organisation
- Experience in managing complex HR projects within a global organisation, ideally related to Leadership Development or Learning
- Outstanding project and programme management skills, and good with change management
- Strong communications skills with all levels of stakeholders
- Tech-savviness, with a minimum expectation of being able to liaise with IT teams and understand, develop and translate business requirements
- An ability to think on your feet, a focus on delivery excellence and quality, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
