Senior Architect

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a dynamically growing company that provides services in the field of asset management and hospitality,

is looking for a Senior Architect.

Location: Athens

 🖋️You will be reporting to:  Project Manager (PM)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate the construction process and all related projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate the collection, review, and distribution of As-Built Drawings, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, and all other necessary project files.
• Manage and coordinate the Project Delivery Process to the client/operator (turn-key delivery).
• Prepare ID+ Design Consultants Contracts (in coordination with other Senior Engineers of the team and/or Project Manager).
• Participate in the selection of ID/Design firms and coordinate the process.
• Communicate and cooperate with the Senior Structural/MEP Engineer and other team members.
• Coordinate weekly meetings during the design and construction phases to ensure timely delivery (with all involved parties).
• Anticipate any potential issues that could impact the delivery of long lead projects and take necessary corrective actions
• Understand client/operator requirements to ensure project alignment.
• Review designs from architects or engineers to ensure compliance with industry standard

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position and in high end projects, in hospitality.

• University degree in Architectural Design- MSc will be a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking is a prerequisite.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS office applications
• Thorough knowledge of Greek Legislation pertinent to departments activities.
• BIM (Revit) knowledge will be highly appreciated.
