Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Site Operations Support Supply Chain Management Analyst (Associate or Experienced) to support the team in Jacksonville, FL.
The growth of the Boeing Jacksonville Site makes this role an opportunity to be involved in exciting innovation through production control and supply chain opportunities and partnerships and cross-functional problem solving. This position will provide support to the Indirect Core Supply Chain Purchasing Team purchasing Hazardous Materials for the BJAX Site (F18, KC 46, Component Operations and the P8 Program in the new MRO facility).

Position Responsibilities:
- Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
- Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain specific to site operations
- Develops and controls inventory plans and optimizes inventory levels
- Analyzes data to provide a variety of metrics and reports
- Develops and creates schedules for products and services
- Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option (Jacksonville, FL).
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- 3+ years of experience coordinating across multiple functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities
- 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as Gold ESP, Haztrak or SAP (System Applications & Products)
- 3+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S
- Ability to walk, lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds within an 8 hour shift
- Ability to climb and descend stairs, bend and lift items within an 8 hour shift.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with U.S. Government Customers
- Experience preparing and presenting to leadership, internal and external
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Experienced:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
