Foreperson- Crusher/Aggregates

 

What you can expect:

• Starting at $25.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
• Per Diem and travel time.
• Annual increase potential.
• OT after 8.
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited!

 

What you will do:

• Detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly.

• Perform daily maintenance on various pieces of equipment.

• Daily leadership and training duties.

• Operate crushing equipment.
• Float between crushing facilities throughout the state.

• Work outside.
