You’ll Get a Chance To

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Strategic Sourcing and Relationship Building: Develop and implement sourcing strategies across various platforms like LinkedIn and job boards, and build strong partnerships with universities and professional organizations to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to define job requirements, establish candidate profiles, and synchronize hiring timelines with broader workforce planning needs.
• Candidate Experience and Employer Branding: Enhance the candidate experience through consistent communication and personalized interactions, and collaborate with Marketing to bolster the employer brand.
• Recruitment Analytics and Process Optimization: Use ATS for pipeline management, analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and streamline hiring processes to increase efficiency.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations, including EEO and OFCCP reporting, and maintain transparency with regular updates on recruitment metrics and outcomes to HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Training and Development: Educate and train hiring managers on best practices related to interviewing techniques, decision-making, and reducing unconscious bias in the recruitment process.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related is a plus, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in professional services or in a corporate environment.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outreach strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with employment law compliance related to recruitment.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in employer branding and workforce planning.
