We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and results-oriented leader to accelerate Service Experience (SE) priorities from initiation to execution. Asa leader, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable PayPal to provide world-class customer experiences while meeting operational, regulatory, and business performance objectives.You will partner with senior leaders across SE, Product, Compliance, Legal, Content, and other critical functions, acting as a central orchestrator who ensures alignment, mitigates risks, and drives measurable business impact. In this role, you will not only manage transformation programs but also shape strategic decision-making, foster a high-performance culture, and champion operational excellence across the SE organization.
Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior project managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
- 12+ years in program management, customer operations, management consulting, or transformation roles, preferably in a regulated financial services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise in program management methodologies and proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Looker.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data, challenge assumptions, and influence strategic decisions.
