About the Role

As a Senior People Business Partner - Revenue, you will partner with Sales leaders to support team effectiveness, manager capability, and consistent execution of People programs. You’ll work closely with leaders to translate business needs into practical people solutions that support growth, performance, and engagement within the Revenue organization.

This role is an opportunity to deepen business acumen and continue building strategic capability while owning day-to-day people partnership for a client group.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Sales leaders to execute People programs and processes, including performance management, compensation, career development, and engagement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with leaders to understand business needs and provide thoughtful, practical people guidance aligned with company policies and practices
  • Support change initiatives within the Revenue org by helping plan communications, reinforcing key messages, and driving adoption of organizational and process changes
  • Assist with organizational changes and workforce planning efforts
  • Partner with leaders to address performance concerns early, providing coaching and guidance on feedback, accountability, and performance management to support individual and team effectiveness
  • Manage employee relations matters for the Revenue organization, including conducting investigations, assessing risk, and partnering with leaders to determine appropriate outcomes
  • Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development, helping build strong people management capabilities
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, surface risks, and support recommendations for people actions
  • Partner with People COEs to support rollout and consistent application of People programs, tools, and policies
  • Champion inclusive people practices and contribute to a positive employee experience within the Revenue organization

Who You Are

  • You have 8+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting Sales teams in high-growth tech environments
  • You have deep HR expertise—including employment law, compliance, and organizational effectiveness—and can apply it strategically to business needs
  • You are a strong coach and trusted advisor to leaders, able to navigate complex situations with clarity, influence, and sound judgment
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can build structure, strategy, and scalable processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • You are a compelling communicator who drives alignment, enables change, and builds trust by balancing empathy with high expectations
  • You use data and insights to inform workforce strategy, anticipate talent needs, and shape organizational plans
  • You bring a forward-thinking, growth-oriented mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate, elevate the People function, and improve business outcomes

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
