JOB SUMMARY:
The ARO E-commerce Coordinator supports store teams and the ARO Corporate Administration department by overseeing e-commerce operations, online platform accuracy, and digital engagement efforts. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth online shopping experiences, strengthening store-level social media presence, and supporting internal communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and passionate about helping retail teams succeed in an evolving digital environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train and work directly with store ecommerce teams to support operational excellence.
- Manage website accuracy, including product information and online content updates.
- Oversee the upkeep and functionality of e-commerce devices used by store teams.
- Collaborate with the ARO team and AFS Marketing on e-commerce initiatives and media-related activities.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to e-commerce operations.
- Amplify positive store-level content and engagement through organic social media efforts.
- Oversee and support stores in creating and maintaining organic social media posts.
- Communicate company initiatives, updates, and goals to store teams.
- Ensure ecommerce standards and best practices are met by providing proper training and ongoing assistance.
- Model exceptional customer service and servant leadership through friendly, courteous, and supportive behavior.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the ARO and retail store teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, including customer service and e-commerce responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in building rapport and working cooperatively with diverse teams.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—to meet business needs; regular onsite attendance is required.
