As part of our Power Innovation team, the E&C Project Manager III/Senior will drive projects at the forefront of technology—integrating next-generation power generation, advanced control systems, and high-voltage infrastructure for hyperscale clients. Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Manages power infrastructure projects from concept through completion, with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget
- Applies engineering and construction standards to design and integrate power generation systems, high-voltage technologies, and control systems
- Aligns project objectives with corporate strategy, evaluates economic impacts, and delivers solutions that maximize reliability and profitability
- Builds trust for seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
- Anticipates risks with forward thinking alternatives, and makes decisive calls to quickly resolve technical, contractual, and regulatory challenges
E&C Project Manager III
In your day-to-day work, you’ll orchestrate team huddles, align engineering and construction activities, and keep milestones on track. You’ll navigate technical and contractual challenges under pressure, ensuring decisions protect scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll craft clear updates for leadership that turn complex details into actionable insights. Safety and compliance guide every move, and your leadership ensures projects deliver reliable power solutions for hyperscale clients.
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree and minimum five (5) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
E&C Project Manager Senior
In your day-to-day work, you’ll drive strategic decisions for large-scale projects, balancing technical complexity with business objectives. You’ll lead coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction partners, resolving high-stakes challenges and mitigating risks before they escalate. You’ll prepare executive-level updates that influence organizational priorities and ensure projects meet reliability, safety, and profitability targets. Your expertise shapes solutions that power the future of clean energy.
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum ten 10 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management and Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management; PMP or PE
Shift/Work hours/Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Solid understanding of PLC/Stage-Gate processes and extensive experience with facility construction or operations in the oil and gas industry
