Driver Class C - CR&R

Position Overview:

As a Class C Driver, you will operate stingers and/or 26' box trucks to multiple routes and locations, load and unload freight and containers as required and perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment, cleaning out containers, picking up trash at different sites. General labor duties assigned .

“Annual opportunity of $41, 730. - $44,850.00 / year, based on hourly wages.”  

Position Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles.
• Load and unload freight/containers as required.
• Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
• Picking up trash from different customer sites. 
• Performing "scott job functions".
• Able to work physical capacity job function with energy.
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch on delays, arrivals, equipment problems, etc., as required.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, verify and complete required documentation and reports.

• Candidate Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as a delivery driver with a 26ft box truck, bobtail, flatbed, step van or straight truck
• Able to perform physical labor such as climbing, heavy lifting, kneeling, repeated bending, and repetitive pushing and pulling, 
• Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards and company mental and physical requirements 
• Must provide DMV print out. 
• Ability to lift over 50lbs -100 lbs.
• Load and unload containers/freight
• High School diploma or GED
