Job Description Summary
The Field Service Representative will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. Role will be responsible for supporting the R391 (C130J) Composite Propeller System and related components at a customer site. After completion of initial training relocation to Kaneohe Bay MCB, Honolulu, HI is required to support customer on site.Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Field Service Representative, you will provide technical direction and assistance to customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of GE Aerospace Composite Propeller Systems. This on-site role involves hands-on repair and maintenance, as well as collaboration with customers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of GE products. Your work will be critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting GE Aerospace’s mission to deliver world-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction and assistance to customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of GE products.
- Interpret data and technical instructions on-site and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Communicate program status, customer issues, and market intelligence to Product Support and Field Service teams through regular reports.
- Assist customers in scheduling maintenance and workload to meet established schedules.
- Perform intermediate and depot-level maintenance, including hands-on repair and maintenance of Composite Propeller Systems and related components.
- Review the effectiveness of maintenance actions to identify training needs and recommend improvements.
- Ensure parts meet established schedules and assist in implementing actions to address program requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of aviation experience in a field service or maintenance position).
- Minimum of 2 years performing extensive repairs, conversions, and maintenance work on engines and/or propeller systems.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a non-DOT drug test and a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 60 days per year worldwide.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proven analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information Systems.
