Job Title: DOT Delivery Driver 

Location: Onsite in Salem, Or 

Salary Range: $23-$25

(Commensurate with experience and internal wage bands)

Hours of Operation:

This position follows an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner. 

• Check stage on orders. 

• Office work as required 

• Put away stock in the warehouse and pull will-call orders for customer pick-up. 

• Maintain bin locations. 

• Process ship-outs from the branch. 

• Process all warranty and returns, ensuring paperwork is properly completed. 

• Prepare warranty and returns for shipping to the Tigard branch and/or vendor directly. 

• Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed. 

• Clean and straighten the warehouse daily. 

• Work well as a team player. 

• Follow all Company Policies and Store Standards. 

Soft Skills & Competencies: 

• Ability to type 30-50 WPM

• Proficiency in operating a computer

• Use of 10-key or calculator

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Active listening skills

• Ability and desire to learn new technology, as needed

• Strong ability to operate a computer, as needed 

• Ability to operate standard office equipment

Physical Requirements: 

The physical effort typically applied in this job includes:

• Lifting up to 60lbs 

• Standing for long periods of time 

• Reaching/Bending

• Loading/Unloading 

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (varying temperatures depending on season)

•Must be able to successfully pass a DOT psychical 

• Sitting as needed or for prolonged periods of time.
