Job Summary:
The Business Services Program Director (Administrator) for the Division of Gynecologic Oncology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is responsible for the ongoing leadership, strategic management and the high-level oversight the division with approximately 15 faculty members. This includes partnering with the DFA and Division Chief to execute the following: management and strategic planning, ensure fiscal sustainability and growth through budget management, organizing, and managing administrative activities ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures that govern the Division efforts. The Administrator oversees the Division’s fiscal affairs, provides Human Resources expertise and guidance to division staff, and day-to-day operational oversight in support of the Division’s, Department’s and School’s mission and goals.

· Leadership of business, administration, and financial performance of Division.
· Partnering with DFA & Division Chief on divisional strategic initiatives.
· Financial Management

· Planning, Development and Data Analysis
Work Location:
Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. Potential for schedule to be 5 days a week on campus based on needs of business.
