Position Information:
The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide information to community members, visitors, and other guests of the organization. This position operates the District's central telephone switchboard and greets building visitors. The position schedules conference room use, coordinates the posting of community e-fliers, and provides clerical support to Community Relations staff and other departments as required.
Shift Details: 7 hours a day; 220 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hourly Rate: $37.48 (hourly) (2026-2027 Office Personnel Salary Schedule)
Position Type/Level: Office Personnel Level C

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
and, one of the following:
- Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
- Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
- Have three (3) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual

The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) provides access to health care services. Our benefits are provided to eligible positions through SEBB (School Employees Benefits Board). Eligibility for SEBB state health insurance coverage is determined by working 630 hours during the school year.
